Steve Allyn
A former coach in the Montreal Expos organization, Steve brings a wealth of experience to the Cresse staff. In addition to coaching in the Expos farm system, he has coached at Rio Hondo Junior College and Concordia University Irvine. Steve has been a member of the Cresse coaching staff since 1999. |

Shaun Beutner
Shaun played collegiately at Azusa Pacific University and Fullerton Junior College. He coached at Azusa High School before joining the baseball program at Rowland High School. |

Ron Savage
A former head baseball coach at Azusa High School, Ron is currently the Mountain View High School head baseball coach. He also is a special education teacher. Ron joined the Cresse caching staff in 2003. |

Bobby Sheridan
A former farmhand for the San Diego Padres, Bobby has been a part of the Cresse coaching staff since 2006. He is a former head coach of CIF Champion Damien High School and Los Osos High School. |

Marco Alvilar
Alvilar is currently an assistant coach at L.A. Harbor College. Harbor was South Coast Conference Champions in 2001 and 2002. A graduate of Cal State Dominguez Hills, Marco has also coached at North Torrance High School. He has been a member of the Cresse coaching staff since 2001. |

Bobby Antillon
The former star performer at Citrus Community College and Chico State, Antillion earned his Masters Degree in Educational Psychology. He currently is a school psychologist in the Claremont Unified School District. |

David Martinez
A graduate of Mary Star of the Sea High School in San Pedro, Martinez has served as both assistant and head varsity baseball coach at his alma mater. Martinez joined the Cresse staff in 2004. |

Don Olmstead
Olmstead formerly played collegiate baseball at Allan Hancock College. He has served as an assistant coach at Carson High School since 2005 and has been a valuable coach at our Huntington Beach camp since 2003. |

Fernando Valdevisio
Fernando attended Los Altos High School and then went on to star at Fullerton Junior College. He returned to his alma mater as an assistant coach. Valdevisio joined the Cresse staff in 2004. |

Carlos De La Torre
The former graduate of Carson High School is currently a varsity assistant coach at his alma mater. The versatile De La Torre joined the Cresse coaching staff in 2001. |

Bishop Griggs
Griggs, a former star at Vanguard University, has coached the JV team at University High School. He has been a member of the Cresse coaching staff since 2003. |

Pete Gutierrez
Gutierrez formerly starred at Harbor Junior College and Cal State Dominguez Hills. His coaching experiences include Carson High School, Del Amo High School, and Dominguez High School. Pete joined the Cresse coaching staff in 2003. |

A former star player at Santa Ana College and Cerritos College, Jeff has been with the Cresse coaching staff since 2007. He is currently coaches baseball at Carson High School. |

Morales is a former academic All-American and star performer at Cal State Dominquez Hills. He is a former varsity assistant coach at Banning High School. Morales has been a valuable member of the Cresse coaching staff since 2000. |

Darin Miyake
Darin, a former star at the University of Hawaii-Hilo, returned to his alma mater and as a coach for 2 years. Currently an assistant coach at Concordia University in Irvine where he helped guide the Eagles to the 2006 NAIA World Series, Miyake joined the Cresse coaching staff in 2005. |

A great asset to the Cresse Coaching staff since 2007, Petrosian brings a wealth of experience to camp, having played in the Colorado Rockies and Oakland A’s farm systems. His coaching experience includes Santa Margarita High School and Santiago High School, where he has been on the varsity baseball coaching staff since 2002.

Mark Rigney
Mark was the varsity baseball coach at Azusa High School where his 1983 squad captured the CIF Championship. Mark was previously head coach at Citrus Community College and an assistant coach at the University of La Verne. He is currently a special education teacher in Azusa. He begins his 16th year at our North County camp site. |

Coach C. has been a valuable member of the Cresse Coaching staff at the North County location. Father of two long time Cresse Campers, the popular Coach C.’s enthusiasm is an important asset to the success of our North County camp. |

A former player in the minor leagues for 5 different organizations, Ricky has been a part of the Cresse coaching staff since 2005. |

Villalobos is a former player at Rio Hondo Junior College and played professionally in Mexico. He has coached at West Covina High School, Cantwell High School, and is currently coaching at Bishop Amat High School. Villalobos joined the Cresse coaching staff since 2007. |

Mills is a former star player at Cal State San Bernardino. He has coached at Narbonne High School since 2003 where he is a varsity assistant. Mills joined the Cresse coaching staff in 2002. |

A former player All-American at Division III powerhouse Chapman University, Klovstad joined the Cresse coaching staff in 2006. He pitched professionally in the Northern and Frontier Leagues. |

John Noce
A former coach in the Chicago Cubs organization and star performer at the University of Miami, Noce is currently head baseball coach at Ramona High School in Rubidioux. John coached 8 years at San Mateo Junior College and 2 years at St. Francis High School in La Canada. His extensive coaching experience also includes 6 years as player/manager of Lindano of the Italian League. Noce joined the Cresse coaching staff in 2003. |

Strain, a former star player at Shoreline Community College in Seattle, Washington, has served as the pitching coach at Pierce College and City College of San Francisco. Chris has been a member of the Cresse coaching staff since 2005 and currently offers private pitching instruction. |

A veteran player for both Cal Poly Pomona and the Baltimore Orioles organization, Thurman joined the Cresse coaching staff since 2007. He currently coaches at Orange Lutheran High School. |
